And somewhere underneath all of it, a quiet question you might not even have words for yet. I have spent more than twenty years sitting with people in the hardest moments of their lives. After a death, after a marriage ends, after a career disappears, after the future they had counted on quietly closes. What I have learned is that what people need most in those moments is not someone who already has the answer. It is someone willing to ask the question that has not been asked yet.
Sessions are shaped entirely around you. No scripts, no pressure, no forced timelines. Just honest, skilled support that meets you exactly where you are. My approach draws on decades of clinical experience, a deep grounding in the biology and psychology of grief, and a genuine belief in your capacity to adapt, heal, and to find your way forward.
This practice is fully virtual and private pay with no waitlist. Individual therapy, family therapy, and coaching for those outside New York are all available.
