At the root of my approach is the understanding that our culture needs help, not you. Many of your thoughts and behaviors are a product of living in a dysfunctional culture, and when we start from there, you will see it’s not your fault and you’re not alone. I do not aim to dismiss your behaviors or play them off as "Oh it’s just culture’s fault”, I aim to expose Truth with you and help you observe what 'is', and take action from that place. There is always a transpersonal undertone, and our exploration will consist of breaking down the truth behind your thoughts and beliefs, which will gradually lead to innate peace and wholeness.
I recently condensed my offerings to focus on my true passions and expertise; relationships- traditional or queer, transpersonal and existential exploration, and non-dual meditation and slow movement. I strive to help you witness your subtle thoughts, emotions, and actions and expose them with you.
Our time will be a practice of you feeling heard, seen, and understood, therefore teaching you how to hear, see, and understand yourself and others. Through a transpersonal and holistic lens, focused dialogue, and wonder, we will explore you, and what you have to offer yourself and others. I look forward to getting started!
