I am a Resident in Counseling with 4 years of experience working with adults and their loved ones as they navigate a variety of mental health challenges. These include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia-related disorders. I also have experience working with individuals managing addiction and those who are incarcerated. My professional background spans hospice care, bereavement, community mental health, inpatient hospital settings, emergency services, and private practice.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My specialties include solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-oriented recovery enhancement. I maintain a non-judgmental approach and firmly believe that together, people can impact the world for the better.
