And whether you want to address specific concerns or process trauma, grief, or life transitions, I will work collaboratively with you to uncover patterns, internal stories, and roadblocks that hinder your movement towards healing and growth.

I am able to provide sessions virtually or in-person. I work with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma processing.
