About
Marital issues, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, lack of self-esteem, self-awareness, and boundaries, marriage stressors and communication, depression and sadness, grief, fertility issues, loss of pregnancy, trauma, feeling overwhelmed, chronic illness, personal women's issues, aging concerns (health, hair loss, relationships), sexuality/shame (abuse, emptiness, STD's).
Life can feel extremely overwhelming, confusing, and lonely at times. Sometimes a lot of the time or sometimes just a little....Sometimes we are in a season of life that is different and challenging, and sometimes we have had experiences that caused pain or lead us to new questions and realizations.
I am here to help with your unique needs. Counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process. I come from a person-centered lens of knowing you are the best source of knowledge and insight about your experiences. I'll work to understand how you have experienced your life events or relationships, and create a team approach to developing awareness/personal growth.
