When life gets crazy with it's ups and downs, and you want to talk to someone, I say, "Come see me at the barn"......At this practice, your counseling experience has the potential to be profound, unique, and different. I work out of my barn office, offer traditional in-office counseling and specialize in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy/Animal Assisted Therapy. I work with a variety of people of all ages and wide range of therapeutic concerns.

In traditional counseling, I'm eclectic in my therapeutic treatment style gathering tools from a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities and using them as I see might be helpful per each individual's needs.

In 2005 I was certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) by Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA). I was the first in Maine to start a private practice using EAP . Over 10 years later, I continue to practice this model of therapy and expanded to animal assisted therapy (AAT) as I feel it is very moving, helpful, profound.
