Many of my clients tell me they gain greater insight and comfort in my style of therapy. My therapeutic secret is no judgement. I accept you as you are. My therapeutic approach is based on your goals.
My specialty is depression, anxiety, grief/loss, parenting, careers, relationships, and adjusting to the multitude of phases and challenges that life will bring. My goal is to assist you with getting to the life you most desire with supportive and practical counseling.
