Are you a Christian woman in your 40s-50s experiencing emotional distress from a painful relationship? Do you have self-condemning thoughts about your value and self-worth, but WANT to have positive feelings toward yourself? Do you feel emotionally overconnected to another person and want your sense of independence back? Then YOU are the kind of client I enjoy working with! I love helping clients break agreement with judgment to learn to befriend grace. Together, we can evaluate and dispute negative thoughts and beliefs, resolve spiritual crises, break trauma bonds, and find acceptance for realities unlikely to change.
I exclusively treat Christian women, helping them increase self-esteem, reduce codependency, and recover from loss. I love assisting clients to heal from trauma, resolve anger, and find acceptance for unrealized expectations. Christian women with an active faith who have experienced physical, emotional, verbal and/or narcissistic abuse are my primary focus.
