I specialize in supporting Christian women as they break free from trauma bonds, challenge shame-based beliefs, and heal from emotional, verbal, spiritual, or narcissistic abuse. Together, we’ll process anger and injustice, strengthen boundaries, and develop acceptance for unchanging realities —while grounding your healing in God's truth and grace. Healing is possible!
I open sessions with prayer and include biblical integration, along with practical tools and worksheets to support growth. I use Spiritually-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to help you recognize unhealthy patterns, heal wounded parts of yourself, and build a secure Christ-centered identity.
I am happy to answer questions through email before scheduling an appointment. I am completely virtual in my practice and meet with clients in AL, FL, GA, SC, and NV via distance counseling only. My best therapeutic fit is women over 40 navigating codependency, self-worth struggles, or divorce recovery. I counsel with grace.
