As your therapist, I want to help you turn those hard moments into something more manageable. Like a soda, we’ll work on slowly letting out the pressure carefully, and in a way that helps you feel more in control.
I have worked with adolescents, adults, families, couples and individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures and religions. I have experience working with clients on crisis stabilization, depression, anxiety, psychosis, autism, PTSD/trauma, anger management, life transition, terminal illnesses, divorce, sexual assault victims, parenting and gender issues.
As a Doctor of Social Work, military veteran, and from life experiences, my focus is to work with individuals and groups about veterans issues, grief and loss, end-of-life stages, the terminally ill, law enforcement, nutrition, self-care, and couples counseling.
