Specializing in trauma, anxiety, addiction and dual diagnosis, I offer a unique blend of therapeutic interventions to help support you on your healing journey. Therapeutic modalities I regularly incorporate include EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, narrative therapy, art therapy & positive psychology to help build up the whole person.
