My approach is grounded in a client-leading, with the belief that growth happens through connection, acceptance, and feeling truly seen. I integrate EMDR, attachment-focused care as appropriate to support each person's journey. No matter who I find myself working with, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and authentic.
