I have been a practicing therapist since 2013. I currently hold a license in associate counseling and specialize in trauma, domestic abuse, substance abuse, and general mental health. I have worked with children, adolescents, as well as adults. I have also had the opportunity to work with individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. I use a combination of different types of therapies including CBT, DBT, and person centered solution focused therapy.
I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and be the best person they can be. With that said, I continue to educate myself by attending trainings and workshops as often as possible to ensure that I am providing my clients the most relevant and up-to-date treatment methods possible.
