I treat individuals experiencing symptoms of grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, life transitions, and relationships. I have experience working with individuals of all ages in both clinical and crisis settings. I believe personal growth and change happens when the counseling process is purposeful and intentional. I want to assist people in understanding their problems, defining goals, and developing realistic action plans. Together, we’ll identify the nature of the problems that you’re dealing with and find the solution best suited to your goals. It would be an honor to work with you.
I use an eclectic approach in my work recognizing that each client is unique. I incorporate concepts from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy. My approach is insight-oriented with the goal of assisting my clients towards resolving the current conflict in their life. I’m committed to creating personalized support that empowers you.
