I get how hard every day life can be and how much effort it takes to do the damn work! If you trust me, we can get through the mire together and get you to where you can like and trust yourself.
I will strive to help you find your path by reflecting, questioning, and teaching you to process emotions and events in ways that do not do damage to yourself or others. My approach is personalized, but in general I am holistic, looking at all parts without shame and by practicing grace and acceptance of self.
My approach to therapy is to provide a safe and honest space, but the basis of my root foundation stems from CBT, DBT, and Systems/IFS Theory with a dynamic and integrative Person-Centered approach. I will respect your privacy, practice empathy and compassion, and provide unbiased reflection that progresses with each session. I will practice what I preach!
