I'm a military Gold Star mother, so I'm familiar with the grieving process in learning how to hold the memories of our loved ones dear while continuing to find meaning in life. I am also mother to a wonderful young man, who is trans. His journey taught me that everyone deserves a safe space to explore and work on themselves. I also work with local elected leaders, and have a focus on leadership and living in the public eye.
