Please reach out to be placed on my waitlist. I believe our lives are woven from the threads of storied experiences, each shaping who we are and how we construct meaning. My counseling philosophy promotes healing and transformation by attending to those stories with a belief in every person’s capacity for flourishing, fostered by acceptance, love, and belonging. Therapy is an empowering and collaborative journey nurtured by safety and compassion. You carry within you the resources you need to thrive, and my role is to help you access those inner strengths and move toward healing, growth, resilience, and lasting change.
I work across the lifespan from an attachment-based, systemic, and developmental lens, recognizing how families and relationships shape us over time. My trauma-focused approach draws from Narrative and Expressive Therapies, Feminism, Self-Compassion, Existentialism, DBT, and EMDR. I offer play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and Geek/D&D therapy.
Clients come to this work for many reasons. Some carry trauma, grief, illness, or relational pain. Others seek clarity, growth, or a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I often work those focusing on identity, life transitions, perinatal, peri/menopause, chronic illness & disability, and parents in blended & co-parenting families.
