Hello, my name is April, and I am accepting new clients in Oregon. My experience includes serving a diverse population of people which has given me the ability to see people through a broad lens that illuminates the whole person, their strengths, their support, their spirituality, and their needs. It has been my privilege and honor to serve people in the moments when they feel lost, broken, and hurt to help empower them to see their value and strengths as an individual.
Through a strength-based and client-centered approach I provide a trauma-informed and safe place for all my clients to be themselves. In the therapy I provide I use an eclectic range of evidence-based modalities that include, but are not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.
I work with anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relational issues, boundaries and communication struggles, grief/loss, and with those experiencing PTSD from trauma and abuse. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey. You can book with me online by clicking Willamette Wellness Center's website link and completing a new client form.
