I partner with individuals, especially QTPOC, immigrants, and all those who navigate multiple marginalized identities, as you navigate neurodivergence, trauma, and life transitions. I bring many years of experience as a birth and death doula into therapy, leading with strengths-based, somatic, and trauma-informed practices. I believe in the nonlinear and cyclical nature of life, and work with clients to find deeper resonance and meaning with each iteration.
I utilize evidence based frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), harm reduction, and Mindfulness based therapy to support clients toward alignment within themselves and their relationships.
Accessible therapy is an important offering to me, ask me about my sliding scale spots!
If you're ready for change in your life and feel curious about me, my practice, and the potential of working together - reach out for a free consult!
I practice under the supervision of Amanda Hagos, LCSW 83636.
