In my 20 years of providing mental health therapy, I have strived to assist individuals to find elements of success in managing their emotions and behaviors on a day-to-day basis. My current practice focuses on a holistic approach of treating the mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate the use of trauma-based techniques, play therapy, EMDR, theraplay, client centered, and cognitive behavioral techniques with individuals and children as young as 18 months.
Over the past 20 years, I have learned “in the trenches” how important change and adaption are to establishing consistent environments for individuals and families to thrive. It is my belief that addressing concerns one step at a time yields powerful results for both individuals and families.
