Many of my clients tend to be couples, families, individuals and young adults. Together, we work to address a wide range of issues, including complex post traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), depression, anxiety, relational challenges (conflict at work, blended families, separation, divorce), intimacy concerns, identity development and self-concept.
In the consulting room, we explore the fundamental truths and beliefs that guide our daily lives, and focus on your personal experiences. We explore the unique patterns of connecting to the world, restoring your own sense of Self, the mind-body-spirit connection.
As a professional consultant with over 15 years of experience in consulting, holistic advisory and healing practices, my approach is based on the latest research in neuroscience, somatization, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and trauma recovery. I center around Jungian analysis, non-Western philosophy of non-duality and meditative practices.
My sessions are focused on meeting the clients' unique needs and goals. We co-create the space and time for exploring your emotional and physical process of relating and experiencing.
