Hi! I'm Anya, and I love helping people find themselves and the life that they want to live. I believe that everyone has the power within themselves to change, grow, and improve—if they just have a safe space to do so. That's why I work collaboratively with my clients (and their families) to create a trusting environment where we can nurture personal growth together. I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2018 with my bachelor’s in Family Studies with a minor in Psychology. I went on to receive my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and currently have my PLMHP.
I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in both individual and group therapy, as well as Tabletop Role-Playing Games such as Dungeons & Dragons (DnD). Therapeutic TTRPGs are an amazing way for children, adolescents, and even adults alike to develop social skills; boost confidence and self-esteem; practice critical thinking and problem-solving!
