Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and finding the right fit is just as important as the therapeutic approach itself. My intention is to truly get to know you, your history, your patterns, and the wisdom you already carry within.

We’ll gently examine past wounds, increase awareness, and support the integration of new, more empowering ways of being.
My work is grounded in Attachment-Based Therapies, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Somatically informed modalities such as Implicit Psychotherapy and Hakomi. Together, we’ll approach what may feel like limiting barriers and transform them into opportunities for meaningful, lasting change.
