I’m a licensed clinical social worker in New York and New Jersey specializing in postpartum anxiety, postpartum OCD, and panic. I support new mothers who are struggling with intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, sleep disruption, and the constant urge to check or seek reassurance. You don’t have to navigate this alone. My goal is to help you reduce anxiety, respond differently to intrusive thoughts, and feel more present, grounded, and confident in your role as a mother. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions to make therapy as accessible and convenient as possible during the postpartum period.

I help new moms and parents manage OCD, postpartum anxiety, and panic. Using ERP and CBT, I provide practical tools to reduce intrusive thoughts, manage compulsions, and break anxiety cycles. Together, we’ll help you feel calmer, more confident, and fully present with your baby while you navigate this new chapter of life.
