The way I nurture alignment of self is through compassionate care while exploring goals and creative coping strategies. Healing and creativity are synonymous for me. I believe that every opportunity for growth requires introspection, a discerning compassionate eye and open mindedness. Healing may be accessible to us in places we may not expect it and I will work with you in order to find the most somatic ease and comfort as possible.
I have a professional background in crisis management, medical social work, focus on older adults in transition and art related social justice work. Each person is unique in their treatment needs which is why I incorporate movement, writing, breath work and other somatically grounding techniques whenever possible.
