I have extensive experience working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma, and attachment injury, as well as individuals with borderline personality dynamics and dissociative states. Many of my clients come to me struggling with long-term effects of complex trauma such as anxiety, depression, shame, a sense of emptiness or disconnection, difficulty trusting themselves or others, love addiction, or relational issues.
I also work with high-functioning individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and self-actualization goals.
I take an integrative approach, blending evidence-based and experiential modalities to go deeper than traditional talk therapy & beyond symptom management to address the root cause of dysfunctional patterns. Together, we create a safe and grounded space where you can integrate disowned parts, reconnect with vitality and joy, and achieve deep, lasting change.
Outside of my practice, I am a certified life coach, NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, yoga teacher, and former IFBB Professional Athlete. I also practice freediving, which has deepened my understanding of breath, nervous system regulation, and presence, all of which I integrate into my work with clients.
