There is powerful strength in being yourself, and we can discover that strength together. My expertise is particularly in working with body image and eating disorders, with people who have or wish to be evaluated for autism and/or ADHD, with people experiencing self-injury or suicidal ideation; with people who have "treatment-resistant" or severe anxiety and depression; and with those who have been labeled as having a personality disorder or serious mental illness. I partner with patients who want to understand themselves on a deep level, while simultaneously offering concrete skills and tools to alleviate current symptoms.
I specialize in working with eating disorders, with neurodivergent individuals, and at the intersection thereof. My approach is psychodynamic, seeking to discover and heal root causes of each person's experiences, bolstered by evidence-based symptom management skills such as DBT, somatic therapies, and AEDP. I offer patient-centered and trauma-informed care.
