During COVID, I discovered my professional passion for providing excellent care to my peers. I truly enjoy supporting professional caregivers - physicians / allied healthcare providers, first responders including law enforcement officers, & mental health professionals - in their own mental health & wellness journeys, recognizing that it can be difficult to find a trauma-informed psychotherapist who deeply understands the unique culture & stressors associated with being in a caregiving profession.
By tailoring the latest neuroscience concepts & evidence-based treatments (ie., cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, EMDR, IFS-based, & somatic), I assist clients with naming strengths, identifying needs, & achieving their wellness goals as efficiently & effectively as possible.
