Feeling lost, hurt, emotionally drained and afraid, let me help. I know that asking for help is so very hard especially when at times it feels as if no one could possibly understand and you're alone in pain but I am here to help. I have been helping for almost 20 years and I am honored when I get to be a part of your life. If you allow me, I will go with you through your difficult journey to find that peace, relief and sense of purpose you so desperately seek. I am a Christian and use the same teachings and beliefs that Jesus led and talked about that taught acceptance, love, compassion, forgiveness and peace.
Since graduating from Loma Linda University in 2004, I have worked in various positions relating to mental health from Bilingual Clinician, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Group Facilitator, Education, Daycare Provider, Children's Administration and Case Manager at a local hospital.
Each position has impacted my growth as a person and clinician. As a modality, I adhere to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques but believe that the true measure of effective therapy is the relationship between the client and clinician.
