I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My experience has entailed working in a variety of clinical settings for over 25 years. Issues I work with include: anxiety, depression, behavior management, grief and loss, stress management, personal empowerment and enrichment, balancing one's mind, body, and spirit, healthy self-care, positive communication and social skills, parenting, behavior modification, marital challenges, family conflict, and life transitions.
I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults. My research areas are anxiety and adolescent girls. I work a lot with adults on stress management and personal empowerment issues. I teach my clients strategies they can apply on a daily basis in order to improve the quality of their lives.
