Adolescents and children face difficulties that can become behavioral challenges for parents and the family system. Changes from loss, family additions, and divorce can also be unsettling. Knowing how to navigate through those challenges sometimes requires outside support.
It is my goal to work with families and relationships as a unit or individually to bridge gaps in communication, discover and explore where conflict, depression, and/or anxiety stem from, and create possibility for growth and connection. Through creative arts therapies, we can build opportunities to heal.
