When first beginning treatment, I focus on building trust and relationship. It is important to me that you feel comfortable and we will move at your pace. I am relaxed in my practice and my aim is for this to be a time that is helpful for you. I incorporate many different treatment modalities depending on the individual need of the client. I specialize in treatment of anxiety disorders, including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder; behavior disorders, depression, and ADHD.
Utilizing my experience from providing assessment and treatment to children and adults in many different treatment settings, including 6 1/2 years on staff at Seattle Children's Hospital in the inpatient psychiatric unit and outpatient therapy clinic, I create evidenced based treatment plans to help you meet your goals.
