I work with relationship issues, anxiety, stress, parenting, step families, marriage, divorce, and non-traditional relationships. I work with life phase issues (relationship transitions, beginning a family, job changes, empty nesters, etc). I have a passion for helping develop emotional intelligence and applying it to self and relationships.
My focus is YOU. I have 15+ years of experience working with many different populations. I do not believe having a rigid system of therapy will serve you best so I work to tailor each session to meet your specific needs and reach the goals you have set for yourself.
