I provide counseling on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, immigration/acculturation, divorce/co-parenting, relationship difficulties, parent/child issues, educational concerns, and work/life balance. I work with individuals and specialize in adjustment difficulties associated with special talents and abilities.
I am specially trained in crosscultural understanding (MA in Cultural Anthropology from Cornell University) and counseling GLBTQ individuals (credentialed Sexual Minorities Specialist). I welcome clients representing the entire spectrum of human experience, and especially those who find themselves to be exceptional or "outliers" in one or more areas of life.
