I offer a safe and compassionate space for you to find rest and experience deep healing. I primarily utilize Lifespan Integration, a remarkable and gentle somatic modality. LI supports the repair of attachment wounds and trauma healing. It also increases core strength and helps with emotional regulation.
My work is informed deeply by attachment theory, neuroscience, and trauma research. In person sessions are offered in my Renton office, and online sessions are available to all residents of WA state. I also offer a limited number of “Walk and Talk” sessions in Des Moines, WA. Faith based counseling is offered upon request.
