I use Lifespan Integration therapy with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking help with the effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, bipolar, addictions, and relational distress. I have training in the integration of spirituality and faith with counseling and am at ease with talking about spiritual beliefs with those who wish to make this a part of their therapy. I have specialized training and experience with the effects of grief on the individual and in relationships between couples and within families. Using Lifespan Integration I relieve trauma caused by grief and help to process and adjust to the profound changes caused by grief and loss.
