I am experienced in individual and marriage counseling. I work with family of origin issues, trauma, sexuality, and addictions. Compulsive and addictive behavior is increasingly common, especially with the increase in internet and smart phone usage. I am a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) and offer hope to those in need. Help is available!
I believe that addictions are a self-medicating way of dealing with emotional pain. Destructive behaviors are often the symptom to a deeper issue.
