My goal is to provide a safe context within which to address issues related to loss, grief, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I use therapeutic models rooted in healing relationships with oneself and others through dialogue, reflection and connection. To support this work, I incorporate relaxation and meditation practices. Taking the courageous steps toward healing begins the process of greater understanding, compassion and relatedness.
I specialize in working with women who are experiencing life transitions and building a stronger sense of identity, individuals facing grief and loss, and couples seeking to have a greater sense of connection. Using psychotherapeutic methods, my objective is to facilitate a therapeutic relationship to help clients have a stronger sense of self.
