My skill set includes therapy techniques such as Life Span integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Faith-Based approaches.
I help parents who are distressed due to challenges of parenting and parent-child relationship problems. I offer parenting classes and work with children, teens, and young adults. In addition, I have knowledge and experience working with women who have experienced domestic violence.
