Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and others? I want you to know that I can help and that you are not alone. I help people find their future and reach their maximum potential. I work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. Counseling is available for relationship problems, conflicts, career and lifestyle changes, life coaching, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss including pet loss, and low self-esteem. I use a person-centered approach drawing from several different modalities but most importantly is matching the right modality to the client's needs.

Pet loss grief counseling is something I offer in addition to everything else and what makes my practice unique. Most people don't realize that pet loss grief counseling exists but rather assume something is wrong when he/she expresses long term grief for a pet. Dealing with the Loss of a Pet
Our pets are no longer just an animal; they've become our best friends and family members. There is often intense pain and grief that accompanies the loss of a pet. Often time's pet owners wonder if they are alone in this journey or if anyone understands. I have taken a special interest in providing pet loss grief services to people in need for any type of animal that has passed. Grief counseling can help with this process and offer support and direction to pet owners.
