Online appointments available! I have over 12 years of experience working with clients to help them realize their goals. I'm currently accepting adult clients who would like a safe therapeutic space to explore issues, gain insight, and move towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. Because every client is unique, I use a collaborative therapeutic approach to help you find the solutions that work best for your life and circumstances. I do not currently offer in-person appointments.
I have received professional training in Mindfulness, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also a registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator.

Include a brief description of what you are wanting to address in therapy (Example: "I have anxiety"), whether you are planning to pay with health insurance along with name of your insurance, and preferred days/times for appointments.
