I enjoy working with diversified populations with a wide array of problems and obstacles. I enjoy having the privilege to help clients overcome them and achieve their goals. I love helping people build strength to self-advocate and let their voices be heard through healthy communication.
I work to provide space for clients to talk freely and openly, without feeling judged. I make an effort to create the safest space possible. If clients don't feel safe or able to be vulnerable, progress in treatment will be hindered. I encourage constructive feedback so I too can continue developing my skillset.
I believe the client is the expert. I help the client to uncover solutions that work for them and reach the goals they identify. Through working together we can help obtain clarity to build/ rebuild their strength and feel more capable to manage their day-to-day stressors and problems.
