As a Certified EMDR therapist (attachment focused), I can help you process the traumatic events that have occurred. Together we can fine meaning and purpose and work towards creating the new story you want for your life. I partner with teens, parents and individual adults to help sort through the difficult issues your facing today.

I have unique training and experiences that can help you process traumatic experiences that are beyond words (from single incidents to a lifetime of experiences). I a licensed LMHC in NY (having grown up in Upstate NY) and I am an LPC in AZ and TX and can provide treatment via telehealth to residents of these states.

I've been honored to be a part of the healing journey with those who have experienced a traumatic event or a lifetime of events (complex trauma). I do use a variety of techniques to help people with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms (PTSD), behaviors, and relationship issues caused by these experiences. Together we will decide what is best for you.
