I offer a safe, supportive environment to talk about issues that can be difficult to discuss elsewhere. Together we will explore how certain thoughts, behavior patterns, and past experiences might be contributing to your difficulties. We will identify your strengths and figure out effective coping strategies to create positive changes in your life. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples.
I provide counseling for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parent/child difficulties, work/life balance, grief/loss, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I use EMDR, IFS, and Polyvagal Theory in my work to help clients regulate their nervous systems.
