Psychotherapy is the foundation for the work I do. I then integrate my own intuitive guidance, as well as assisting my clients in developing a connection to their own intuition. This allows my clients to understand how they feel, and make changes in their lives to bring them more in alignment with their true, peaceful, happy potential!
The additional benefit of incorporating energy and intuitive work into therapy is that transformation happens faster, more deeply, and more sustainably than with traditional therapy alone. My clients not only feel better about the issue that brought them into therapy, but generally they have a more positive perception about most everything in their lives.
