I have over 30 years counseling experience working with children, teens and adults in private practice and hospitals and schools. I can handle difficult and complex cases. I offer Individual, Family, Couple counseling. I also offer coaching and Jungian oriented therapy. Issues: Life changes, purpose, Anger...ADH...Depression...Anxiety.
I am caring, nonjudgmental and am easy to talk to. My style is casual and direct. I am a good listener. I also know that clients want a better understanding what's going on with them and hope for helpful suggestions. Therapy is to better understand and cope with one's own journey.
