Support Group - Chronic Pain, Illness & Fatigue
This 6-week IN PERSON support group will utilize mindful self-compassion and polyvagal theory to connect participants with each other through empathy, compassion and validation so participants who experience chronic pain, chronic fatigue and/or chronic illness can feel supported, seen and heard. The objectives of this group are: 1) Connecting people who have similar experiences 2) Provide a safe and non-judgmental space to share experiences 3) Provide support in coping with feeling misunderstood or judged by family, friends, co-workers, medical professionals 4) Learning what others are doing to cope with their challenges. Starts Monday February 26th
