I am a professional creativity, leadership, and career coach, consultant, educator, and facilitator based in Austin, Texas. My areas of focus in coaching include mindfulness, creativity, organizational psychology, existential issues, spirituality, and life transitions, drawing inspiration from humanistic, existential, positive, transpersonal, and Jungian depth psychology. I help individuals and organizations tap into their innate creativity for greater insight, innovation, collaboration, and resilience. While my Ph.D. is in psychology / creativity studies, I am not a therapist or clinical psychologist, so I cannot accept insurance.
Take care of your heart, and the rest will take care of itself. How can you make your life an ongoing work of art, personally, professionally, and creatively speaking? I work collaboratively with individuals and organizations to craft lives and careers that are satisfying and fulfilling, imbued with meaning and purpose.
My research and writing focuses on the power of creativity to enhance insight, collaboration, and innovation. Specifically, my dissertation research and my new book explore how mindfulness and contemplative arts can facilitate creativity and collaboration in organizations. I also hold master's degrees in religious studies and performance studies.
