My name is Grace, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving individuals, adolescents, and families. I value using honesty, humor, and empathy to promote healing. My goal is to make doing the work as safe, goal-driven, and empowering as possible.
My approach integrates attachment-based interventions with the models of Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. My special interests include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, lgbtq+ issues, life transitions, grief, and shame. I am affirming to all sexual identities as well as all faiths and spiritualities.
