My name is Grace, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving individuals, adolescents, and families. I value using honesty, humor, and empathy to promote healing. Whether it is with the intention of being a better friend, parent, partner, professional, or person, doing your own work is one of the bravest and most rewarding things you can do. My goal is to make doing the work as safe, goal-driven, and empowering as possible.
My approach integrates attachment-based interventions with the models of Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. My special interests include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, lgbtq+ issues, life transitions, grief, and shame. I am affirming to all sexual identities as well as all faiths and spiritualities.
As you have already taken the courageous step toward healing, I want to invite you into beginning this process of seeing your "stuff" as it is and experiencing the grace that comes with awareness of ourselves and others. I look forward to hearing from you soon! > > > E-mail is the best way to reach out for a consultation. < < <
