I look forward to being part of your journey in life. I also offer mindset coaching for athletes and exercisers with a focus on TG/GD and cis-female athletes. LGTBQ+, Gender Identity, Body Image, Depression, Anxiety, and phase of life. I am trained in behavioral therapies, particularly Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and offer non-adherent DBT (I do not offer skills groups at this time).
